Helping you Embrace Your True Colours.

About Me

Welcome to Chameleon Counselling,

My name is Jessica Woolley, I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor and  a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am passionate and dedicated to helping individuals navigate their unique paths to emotional well-being in a non-judgmental, empathetic, and confidential environment. At Chameleon Counselling, I understand that life is full of transitions and challenges, my mission is to support you through these times with compassion, empathy and expertise.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a robust background in the voluntary sector, having gained valuable experience at Essential Space and Cotswold Counselling before establishing my private practice.

My previous role as an outreach worker provided me with deep insights into complex relationship dynamics, domestic and sexual violence, substance misuse, and addiction. I have also completed specialized training in group facilitation and have successfully led programs focused on the cycle of abuse, and the patterns and emotional impact of abusive relationships.

I have experience in providing a holistic approach to therapy, integrating various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic and person centred, to best meet the needs of each client. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or seeking personal growth or understanding of past trauma, Chameleon Counselling is here to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for you to explore and express your feelings.
